In my spa controller, a Davey SP1200, I found a neutral wire coming from the heating element pretty much toasted. The other neutral wire adjacent also has some burn marks, but I believe this is probably just from where they were touching. I suspect that perhaps this connection was sitting loose for a while? (The Error 6, “Thermal Cut Out” used to come up intermittently, which I thought was a faulty keypad). The rest of the controller seems fine, so hopefully it is as simple as replacing those 2 neutral wires. - Due date: Flexible

1- I got a new electric cooktop that won't fit in the old place and must be wired up, and an oven need to be wired up. 2- air con split unit installation. one 2.5Kw Mitsubishi industrial air con back to back. and one 7.1Kw same brand back to back on a ground floor but both outdoors need to be on a wall-mounted bracket. the 2.5Kw is 8 meters far from the meter box and the 7.1Kw is 18 meters far from the box. Both rooms are on the same side of the house the meter box is fitted. 3- high bay led lights installation. in my old shed I want to remove 5 old twin fluorescent lights and install 200 LED lights which come with a 1.5-meter cord and plug-and-play type. Please Note: lights are going to be fitted on 5 meters high.
