I have recently moved into an apartment and need help installing electrical switches in three of the rooms. I have tried to take photos - the red marking is where I currently have an outlet, and the green marking is where I would like to add one. - kitchen - closest outlet is on the same wall about 1.5m away - Study - need an outlet on the opposite wall which is about 3m away - Bedroom - current outlet is in the wardrobe on the perpendicular wall to the bed. I would like an outlet behind the bed. Thanks

The light switches in our unit are different from standard ones—they’re push buttons rather than traditional flip switches. Some of them are completely non-functional, while others only work intermittently. We also have a control panel at the entrance that’s meant to control all the lights in the unit, but it isn’t functioning properly either. I believe the first step would be to purchase replacement switches and arrange for installation. However, I haven’t been able to find the same type of switches online. If you’re able to provide a purchase link and let me know whether you can assist with installation, I’d really appreciate it. Additionally, I’ve already purchased a few Wi-Fi-enabled smart switches that can be controlled via mobile app. Based on the wiring shown in the photos I provided, I’d like to know whether these smart switches could be used to replace the existing ones.

Replace 9 existing halogen downlights with new energy efficient downlights. Fix 2 existing switches and do small wall repair on one which has been damaged. Some small plastering. Also fix an existing 2way switch which has not been correctly configured.

I need two plug sockets replaced and the light bulb in the chandelier replaced, you’ll need to take chandelier down which will need a step ladder (I will help) and then get replacement bulb - it’s been 7 years since I changed it and can’t remember the attachment type. If you could also get the plug sockets I will refund you cash as I will likely buy wrong thing.
