(New lights already supplied) Dining - Remove existing 3 light ceiling spotlight bar with either new Havit or if it arrives on time, new Nordic Pendant. (New lights already supplied) Garage - Remove and replace 2 power outlets in same position (Supplied already) Garage - Remove existing fluorescent old light. Replace with new light, to be discussed on site. Garden - There are 5 external lights in the front garden bed. One of them is blowing and tripping a house fuse. Investigate, fix and replace if required.

I am wanting to update a total of 20 switches/ PowerPoints in my house. They’re all working and this is just cosmetic. Two switches are dimmable but I just want them to be normal switches. Additionally I would like an archaic 40yo alarm system to be removed. It is not working and the previous owner has cut some of the wires more than 30 years ago. It looks like it connects to some old systems in the roof (manhole is just adjacent). I only want a nice cosmetic result where all the wires are gone. We are renovating. The job is to remove: 65 LED downlights 15 clipsal saturn zen switches (and z wave puck modules sitting behind them) 3 hikvision security cameras (easy ladder height) All items to be put in a box provided, for reuse/sale. MUST be done the morning of Thursday 22 May.

5 fuse switches have been water damaged and need replacing. The 5 marked with an X are the ones that are damaged.
