We have all lights and fans ready to go. The work date is flexible. Work includes: FANS 3 x upstairs bedrooms - replace ceiling fans. 1 x downstairs bedroom - replace ceiling light with ceiling fan/light. LIGHTING Kitchen - remove light over sink; replace single pendent over bench with two pendants. Dining - replace pendant. Living - remove pendant. Play room - install four new downlights. Bathroom - replace strip light above mirror. Stairway - replace wall light. Front entry - replace 2 x outdoor lights. Downstairs living - replace 3 x ceiling lights with plain downlights; install four more downlights. Laundry - replace ceiling light. PLUS Replace bathroom wall-mounted extractor fan. We do not have this item ready to go as we are unsure what to replace it with - the system is 20+ years old and seems to be an odd size. Happy to liaise with electrician on extra work, supplies and cost.
