I'll be installing a fireplace and will need to have one of the solar panels moved. I've circled the solar panel in the photo. It needs to be moved to the other side of that same row. I'm looking for a qualified person to do this job. Time and date is flexible but I'd like to do this over the next week. Note: The roof is easily accessible as we are on a slope and can be accessed from the top floor using a standard ladder. The roof also has a reasonably gentle slope so shouldn't be too hard to work on. However, there is a steep drop off on the side where the panels are located so a harness is recommended, although you wouldn't be working anywhere near the edge.

We’ve been told the cable from the pit is getting stuck in the conduit and need this repaired so nbn can be installed.

I’m arranging for NBN to be connected. But first I need about 26 metres of HFC coaxial cable installed across the roof space above the ceiling. It doesn’t need to be connected at either end because about 3 metres of loose cable can be left for the NBN connection to be completed by iiNet. The roof can be accessed by “removing tiles” at a spot that’s been previously used for access. A separate entry may also be required through the ceiling manhole. An air conditioner duct blocks clear access from one end of the roof space to the other making two separate roof entries likely. I’ve previously had a TV cable installed above the ceiling to exactly the same location for a TV antenna point which was done easily by the antenna installer so I know it’s a straight forward job. If that seems like the job for you then a quote would be appreciated. Installation date is fully flexible.

Braemar TE/TX Ducted gas heater. No 24v output to Spectrolink thermostat so I had a look at the unit in the roof. No LEDs working on PCB even through there is 240V to the unit. Thinking the PCB might be dead, looking for quote to repair the unit. I have no idea on pricing - the task budget is very flexible.
