Smoke alarm siren has started going off frequently. It started with 1 smoke alarm, we’ve removed the battery and now another one has started. Replaced battery but is now making a chirping sound every 1-2 minutes. Have attempted to clean any potential dust and still no luck. Have not had smoke alarms serviced and in a new build house for approx 2-3 years.

Replacement of 4 x 240V mains smoke detectors. Detectors will be supplied by myself and already interconnected with all others. Will require a certificate of compliance to be completed.

I had three ceiling fans / lights I need put up in bedrooms. Qualified electricians only please. (Budge is just there to get me through the next screen - feel free to quote properly!) Two replace existing ceiling fans - one replaces a light (which used to be a ceiling fan). The fans have remotes so I presume we just need normal light switches now?

Our gas heater has a door covering the electricals. It should easily lift, open and close but we opened it this morning and it is now its stuck open and we can't close it. we're worried about the exposed electrical. Please repair so that it again opens an closes. Many thanks

My pool light flickers when on for a while . i presume it is the transformer that is over heating after a while and not working. So bought a new transformer. After someone to install the new transformer and experienced with a job like this. Hoping with new transformer it stops the problem. Def not the light bulb as tried replacing that and same issue.
