Replace remote control receiver in ceiling fan/light - quote for various power point replacements - needs to be a licensed contractor

Need a outdoor power point installed. I have an outdoor dual power point so just need labour. Piggy back off a bedroom point behind wall .

Would like a ceiling fan installed in the bedroom, I can get the fan I like so would just be installation. Light switches upgraded to new ones (4), a new smoke alarm installed (old one broke) and get the temp turned down on my electric HWS.

LG split system , fan isn’t spinning on outdoor unit . Needs repair , maybe a clean and service while here too

We currently have an old hardwired oven and are hoping to replace this with a new 10A plug/ lead oven. We dont need the old oven taken away, just need new power point/socket installed to rear of empty oven recess that will allow installation of a suitable new 10A plug oven when it arrives. New oven hasn't been purchased yet as we first want to determine whether conversion from mains wiring to 10A plug socket power for oven is easy/ possible to do or not. Note: please excuse the mouse poop shown in the photos, this was discovered when we pulled out the old oven and will be cleaned up before any electrical works take place.

Heater is tripping fuse box. Turned off power and fuse ok for hr and tripped again. Probably thermostat or heating element. Unit is 4 years old.

Power available at terminated cable at edge of roof. Join in a JB in roof and install an outdoor GPO for my retic power. GPO and cable will be provided New cable ~3m to be pulled down double brick cavity. Easy access from above.

No cables need to be run from power box , it is simply moving a power point from the floor to the wall

Aircon fault finding and repair

I’m wanting to get a new PowerPoint installed in an outside courtyard. Need another outside PowerPoint fixed and automatic timers for my water feature. Need a light checked in one of the bedrooms as it’s making a fuzzy sound. Needing a new lightbulb for out the front of the house and brighter light for outside courtyard (assume it will just be a bulb) and replacement down light lightbulb for living room. I’m not sure how much this should usually cost so please put in best offers. Licence certificate will needed to be included too. Thanks :)

Switch on isolator for oven/ hob has been pushed in and come loose

I think my bathroom air vent is blocked or not working so I would like some help fixing that plus the light fixture in bedroom and also storage room...I think its an electrical fault.

Getting fibre to the house through NBN in a free upgrade. However given the shape of my house they won’t run the cable from the box on the house to the router connection point. They say that a cable contractor could do the job.

I have a LG Aircon ducted , the fan outside has stopped working need quotes asap before this heatwave as I’m on third floor . Please note that anyone that attends to the unit or looks must have insurance & public liability before they attend to the unit.
