Hello, We are looking for a licensed QLD electrician to attend our retail store, in Pacific Fair, to diagnose and upgrade the lighting in both of our optometry rooms. The Issue: The existing downlights in both of our optometry rooms are failing. They are flickering, very faint, and providing inadequate light for eye examinations. The store has requested an upgrade to brighter, more reliable lights with a better dimming system. The Job: 1. The task is to replace all downlights across both rooms. In total, six (6) downlights need to be replaced. Approximate ceiling height is 4.5 meters. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the ceiling in both rooms (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Removing all six existing old downlight fittings. 3. Supplying and installing six new, high-quality, dimmable LED downlights. The new lights should be a brighter, whiter light suitable for a clinical/consulting environment. 4. Ensuring the new lights are compatible with and correctly connected to the existing dimming system. 5. Testing all new lights and the dimmer controls to confirm they are working correctly without flicker. Light Specification for existing lights (for sizing/reference): Type: LED Downlight Deco, 13W Round, White, Dimmable, Warm White (from GoLights).
