Install 6 downlights to house eaves to replace existing globes (requires holes to be cut to accommodate downlights). Owners supplying ceiling fan, extension rod, 10 downlights and 10 surface sockets. Fan is 52" Calibo Storm with remote control.

Mount CCTV camera in lounge room and run cable back the DRV box in Roof. Remove two ceiling fans that don’t have wall switches. They are controlled by remotes. Supply and install two single power points in the ceiling of the lounge room for to power speakers of the entertainment system. You will need to supply any cable, and other items required. Have no idea on cost and what other materials you may require other than cable.

Hi, I’m looking for an electrician to assist me with inserting 14 new down-lights (4 in living room, 4 in main bedroom, 5 in kitchen/dining, 1 in back courtyard) and replace the exhaust fan in the bathroom. I have the downlights/wiring and 250mm exhaust fan already. There have not previously been down lights, only central pendant lights in the rooms. The single story town house has tall peaked ceilings (~3m in living/bedroom and ~5m in kitchen/dining) and likely needs roof access to pass wires above beams in the roof.

Remove 13x Oyster lights and install 13x downlights. All Downlights and Panel Mount Plug Surface Socket Flush supplied. Require install only. Only licensed sparkies please

Downlights installed - around 30-35 in total throughout house but guessing - open to recommendations If you’d like to come out and quote on site more chance of accepting your job - located Noarlunga What works need being done after lights installed? I have a ceiling fan that needs installing. There is a pendant light currently where it will go. The new fan doesn’t have a light in it so i would like four down lights installed.there is roof access although I think there is aircon conduit you’ll need to climb around up there.
