Looking to upgrade from existing unrated LED downlights. 17 downlights in the house, single story ~20 year old house. Lights are primarily in two rooms, with a couple in a hallway and one by the front door. If supplying lights then seeking premium dimmable IC4 lights, warm white potentially tri/multi colour. Optional extra: Supply & install DraftStoppa exhaust fan covers on 2 tastics & wire to ensure that fan runs when heat lamps are on. Optional extra: Existing data cable to be "installed" eg connected to face plates and certified.

6 New Down lights recently installed in a unit are self earthing. I Need someone to check that’s the existing earth ring in the roof is capped off properly.

Need A PowerPoint channeled right behind wall mount TV. Top floor Gyprock and access available to roof from my unit itself.

I have a downlight that needs to be replaced. The current downlight does not have a power plug - its transformer is hooked directly into the home’s electric system. See photo.
