I need plumber with electrical skills to install 250L EnviroHeat hotwater heat pump to replace my existing Stiebel Eltron heat pump. Your job is to disconnect wiring from clipsal junction box and connect new wiring into the junction box and seal it from water. It has to be done professionally. You will install a tempering valve which I will supply and weld copper pipes supplied by yourself. You shall retrofit existing copper pipes into the new heat pump. I pay $10 for call out fee to cover your petrol. Another $20 for your copper pipes on job. Another $250 cash on the job for labour. It shall take 1.5hrs to complete if you are experienced. I am looking to use a single heat pump to: 1. Run my hydronic home heating + pool heating. (With a manual switch between those systems and a heat exchanger – plus also a gas boiler for additional push on the pool). 2. Run cold water through my hydronic lines – again I would have a manual switch and heat exchanger like I’m going to use for my home/pool heating – to switch between the FCU system and the hydro system. I would not need to run them at the same time. 3. Run the cooling lines to FCUs in our house. I have 1+2 sorted. Our place is designed to be fairly cool in summer and a/c is not a big deal for us. I want to find an a/c contractor who is keen to work with us on this and install the FCUs and coordinate with our hydronic contractor re: the heat pump.
