Find a local ADSL technician in Sydney Eastern Suburbs

I need a new ADSL socket installed so I can connect the Telstra router directly to the new socket. The building I am in has FTTB but my apartment has the old Coax sockets only. I also need a DSL cable to connect the router to the new socket.

the jack in the wall that our modem plugs into has some potential corrosion. Our internet has been on and off in working but its gone completely flat. It may need a new jack for the wall.

My phone wiring (red/black wires) into adsl connector are not working My old house has 10 phone lines. I need you to : work out what is wrong with the cable into existing line (Which was previously working in one room) ..& identity if there is another active cable in the room which has all the other lines.. Note: Telstra Techniciam has visited today & advised the line from street into house/box is actives & not faulty The telco internode has tested the line & reset etc. Help No internet for Spotify Netflix or.. kids school & work tommorow

The splitter is outside the house. Just have to remove it and reconnect the phone line.

Adsl internet not working. Internet company said there's connection in the area, and say we need to check our internal connections, we live in a rental and no idea how to sort this out. Power working to the modem, and Wlan light lit on modem. Any help appreciated

I have moved into a new office in Bondi Junction, and I need to connect the phone port in our suite to the comms box on our level. We are located quite close to the comms cupboard. Purpose for connection is ADSL & Phone. If the line needs to go around the outskirts of the office then it's about 14 metres, otherwise perhaps 8 metres under the floor. From the office door it's only about 5 metres to the comms room. I have attached photos: 1. of the hall to the comms room (2nd door just visible) 2. the outlet 3. part of the wall of the internals of the office (it's a new lease and there's very little in the way) Note: there may already be cabling to the comms room, I am unsure, please advise costs for whether there is cabling or not. There is free parking onsite. Electrician must have ACMA Approved Accreditation

The input jack was accidentally damaged when a couch was moved, disconnecting the wires. We need a new jack fitted.

We have moved into a new apartment and started a contract with Belong. They installed our router but are unable to get our internet working. They say the line is clear but for some reason we can’t get a stable sync light. We believe it is due to an issue with our wall socket as the line is clear every time the Belong technicians check it. We are in Randwick.
