Hi, I have a SMEG electric ceramic cooktop with a touch control panel. It was working normally, but while I was using three burners and the oven at the same time, the cooktop suddenly turned off with a small click sound. Now the touch panel is completely dead — no lights, no display, and it doesn’t respond when I press the power button. I checked the switchboard and the “Protected Hot Plates (C25)” breaker appears to be on, although another breaker labeled **“Protected Power” had tripped earlier. I reset it, but the cooktop still doesn’t turn on. The oven and the rest of the house power are working normally. Could the cooktop circuit breaker or the cooktop fuse have failed?

I need to put 5-6 power point

Last night our garage door stopped working and we checked the fuse box and found a fuse flicked to the off position. Half the houses power points don’t work now. We have since unplugged all items from power in our house but the fuse will not flick back on.
