Find local smoke alarm installers in Brisbane

I have three general jobs: 1) I have 7x smoke alarms that need to be installed in the ceiling. (There are lithium ion battery operated and do not need wire connections). The alarms can mostly be installed in-place of the old, wired alarms - please disconnect and remove the old installation plates in the ceiling. I'm not sure if patching is required. Please supply your own screws and wall mates as the screws supplied with the smoke alarms don't seem to be the right size. 2) There are 5 doors in the house which are not closing/latching properly. 4 of the doors are closing but just not latching easily. 1 of the door is not closing, the door grinds into the frame in one corner and gets stuck. 3)I have a heavy internal wooden sliding door which has a stopper in the runner above, but the stopper keeps coming close and the door keeps sliding out of position. Just need a solution to keep the stopper in place, maybe an extra screen through the runner.

Got a smoke alarm inspection and apparently this smoke alarm is "not wired in properly" - that's all I know. It's in a one room granny flat, so not connected to any other smoke alarms. While I'm at it I'd like to replace the two down lights in the same room, one is kind of hanging out of it's socket and one has some kind of bug debris in it. The lights and power outlets in the room all work, so doesn't appear to be a bigger problem with the wiring as such. I have spare downlights to replace them with.

These are hard wired into the mains electricity so I cannot do this myself. I need the new alarms to cover the holes in the ceiling left after removing the old alarms.

Hi, The smoke alarm in my bedroom is flashing a red light. I can see that the smoke alarm is a Clipsal. I have googled and I believe it to be 755LPSMA4 which has a lithium battery. The manual online says the red light is a low battery indicator. It also says you can’t change the lithium battery. But need to install a new unit. It says that it can be installed by the homeowner but I don’t have the skills to do it so I am looking for someone to do this job. I also have another small job. When I unplugged the kettle the double plastic power point has come loose from the wall. I’m too scared to touch it. But I can see that some of the plastic is broken. When you quote please let me know if you want me to buy the smoke alarm and power point or if you will supply those. I live on Charlotte Street in Brisbane City. The apartment building has visitors parking. I work four days a week but my boss isn’t great at doing the roster so I often don’t know far in advance which day I will have off.
