My automatic garage door isn’t working. Think the gears are misaligned as had hit something and now won’t work automatically (also door can open/ close smoothly when on manual mode)

The garage door isn't locking. The locking mechanism stops short of the cutout thats supposed to engage the lock. When extended it scrapes against the vertical rail. Would like some sort of service call to make any necessary adjustments so that its working properly. To also test the motor with the remote.

We require our garage door to be rebalanced. This is not a long nor difficult task for someone in the know as this has been done before in a short amount of time.

Garage door has a simple key/lock mechanism. Currently, end of key has snapped off and is stuck in the mechanism. We are still able to open and close the garage by aliging the broken key. I need someone to retrieve broken key +/- replace key

Garage Door Repair: Western Red Cedar tongue and groove slats on outer door shell. 4980 length external panelling width. Each slat is 4.5in facing height (114.3mm) plus recessed tongue and groove slats The bottom cut down slat is obviously damaged but the next one up is also damaged only at the base.. replace one whole full-size slat and the other could be cut down for re-use as the bottom slat. No need for staining or sealing.. Available for access on Weekends and Fridays only.
