I’m looking for someone experienced in door repairs and handyman work to fix the following damage: * Garage door frame: Repair the damaged wooden edge/frame where the surface has chipped and the wood is exposed. * Interior door: Repair the small hole and scratch on the door surface. * Fill, sand and smooth the damaged areas, then paint to match the existing white colour as closely as possible. I’m looking for a neat, professional finish. Please bring the necessary tools and materials and include the cost of materials in your offer. Please see the attached photos for reference.

We have an older-style, spring-assisted tilt garage door that is currently unable to open or close due to a broken pivot bolt/pin. The bolt connecting one of the lifting arms to the upper mounting plate has snapped, causing the lifting mechanism to become disconnected. Work required: * Inspect the damaged lifting arm and pivot assembly. * Remove the broken bolt/pin. * Supply and install a suitable replacement bolt, pin or pivot assembly. * Check the opposite lifting arm and spring mechanism for any issues. Garage door needs fixing, no tension

We have a Steel Line automatic garage/roller door that has become stuck in programming mode after pressing buttons on the control unit to try get it to stop beeping for a service it got stuck in program mode. The system is now flashing a “4” and the door will not operate correctly. The motor is not broken as were were able to get to go up and down with the + and - but can’t get it out of program mode. It’s making noise but the door is not completing any movement cycles and appears to be stuck in setup/learn mode. We have already tried basic resets including power cycling, but the issue has not resolved. What we need: * Someone experienced with garage/roller door motors (preferably Steel Line systems) * Reset/exit programming mode * Recalibrate or reprogram travel limits if required * Ensure door is fully operational again Details: * Door currently not functioning properly * Motor still powered and making noise Looking for someone who can attend as soon as possible and fix the issue. ⸻
