Install recessed power point in brick wall. It is 1.3m above an existing power point. I want to mount a tv flat to the wall.

I own an apartment that has two power points and an exhaust fan in a bathroom that have never worked since I bought it in 2023: I’d like a licensed electrician to take a look at what needs doing. The unit fit out was done in 2004. If it needs replacing, ideally you can install a new exhaust fan on the day. It looks the same as the picture attached. I’m happy to pay additional $ for parts as required. Unfortunately there’s no parking in the building but there is street parking and parking garages nearby. The unit is in the CBD near town hall. We need to disconnect a power point permanently and make the wiring safe. There's no need to leave ready for plastering, blank plate, etc just disconnect and make wiring safe.

I have an old surface-mounted GPO that needs replacing. Two old rigid PVC conduits enter from above — the left is the incoming supply and the right continues to another working GPO. The downstream GPO needs to remain connected. Looking for supply and installation of a suitable 10A weatherproof surface-mounted GPO, with any conduit adjustment required for the installation.
