So my NBN conduit/cable appears to be blocked/damaged as the technicians are unable to ran them through. As of now, the conduit actually passes underneath my driveway, so we’ll need to either dig through the concrete to fix the conduit or to leave the existing conduit then run a new one between the pits. Currently, I have FTTC NBN (fibre to the curb) installed at my house. I’m planning to change to FTTP NBN (fibre to the premise). The FTTP NBN installation cannot be completed until I provide a fibre optic cable from the external location where the new NBN box will be installed to the internal location where I need the new NBN modem. I’m looking for a qualified electrician/data cabler who can do the following: - Install about 4m of NBN conduit on the external brick wall of a double storey house (alongside the down pipe as shown in one of the pics) where the external NBN box will be installed (it’s not installed yet) - From there, you will need to lay bout 12m of conduit in the roof to the location above the cupboard where the internal NBN model will be installed and about 1m of conduit down to the yet to be installed model (another pic shows the cupboard – the new NBN model will be installed next to the old one inside the cupboard). You will need to use long radius bends (probably 3) to connect the conduits. - Pull the fibre optic cable (shown in one of the pics) through the conduit (with care so as not to break the cable) The NBN technician has already given me 30m of fibre cable optic cable with terminators fitted at the end. You will have to supply the NBN conduit and fittings.
