I have an office where the NBN box is installed in an awkward position. I would like to move the box to an another position.

Hi, A technician came before to install the internet. There are two connection points in the house — one in the kitchen (which isn’t working) and one in the bedroom. The technician set it up in the bedroom, but I’d like to move it to the kitchen if possible. Can the kitchen connection be repaired? Thank you.

I’m looking for a qualified NBN cabler to come out and provide a quote for the best solution to connect my iMac in the adjacent bedroom to the NBN modem in the living area via Ethernet cable.

Set up my nbn connection box to my modem for internet connection. I'm sure it will take 10-15 minutes for someone who knows what they are doing, which is not me in this context!

Telstra installed the NBN box but were unable to place it where we wanted it as they weren't allowed under the house. It's currently at the front of the house, however, it needs to be in the study on the other side of the house. We also have CAT 5 cabling that it needs to be connected to.

rodents have eaten/broken cable at the box hole. need nbn fibre patch cable re terminated. bedroom is small...we can move the bed a little but you will need a flexible body to lie down for the job.
