In another room, either install a new PowerPoint or move existing one to the other side of the wall. Two new ceiling fans installed, in living and dining rooms. Very easy access to ceiling, it is very high and easy to walk around in there.

I have to extend a conduit for about 8m to 10m long. You will need to dig a hole under the soil. It will be small width of around 15cm, and about 50cm to 60cm deep.
