Need to replace 13 existing downlights (not plug in ones) with new 6 lights and add 2 more downlights. Lights to be supplied by technician

- The current ceiling exhaust fan makes a lot of noise and needs to be replaced with a new exhaust fan as shown in the picture. A new exhaust fan has been purchased already. - I have 4 warm white downlights in the games room, I need to replace them with 4 white(daylight) downlights. All downlights come with a power adaptor. Downlights have been purchased already.
