I am looking for a licensed and insured electrician to complete residential lighting work. Scope of work: 1. Replace 8 existing MR17 halogen downlights in the dining and living areas, as shown in Images 1, 2 and 3. These are to be replaced with Beacon Lighting City III LED Recessed Fixed CCT downlights with a 90 mm cut-out. The work should include removal of the existing halogen fittings and transformers, installation of the new LED downlights, and installation of plug bases or connectors if required. Existing wall switches will be reused. 2. Install 4 new Beacon City III LED downlights in the kitchen. The proposed locations are marked with green circles in Image 4. There was previously a pendant light in the kitchen, and the wiring and wall switch are still in place. This wiring and switch should be reused if suitable. Additional cabling between the four new downlights will be required. 3. Replace the existing kitchen ceiling light marked as Item 13 in Image 4 with a DETA 200 mm X8 Series MultiPower Tri-Colour LED downlight. I will supply all 13 light fittings: * 12 Beacon City III LED downlights * 1 DETA 200 mm X8 LED downlight The electrician should supply any required cabling, plug bases, connectors and standard electrical consumables. When turned on: * One light comes on normally * The others are very dim (low light output) * After 5–10 minutes, they gradually return to normal brightness * Sometimes switching the lights on/off a few times fixes it Suspecting it could be faulty LED drivers, wiring issue, or possibly switch/dimmer related. Hi , Needing 3 ceiling fans installed in 3 separate bedrooms and 2 down lights in each room ( 6 total) I have the fans but I don’t have the down lights.

Just looking for a quote as of now Was looking at getting multiple lights around the house swapped to or added additional to led down lights. Up to 30 possibly. Will want dimmable option for some rooms like theatre so will need switches to be changed to adapt to dimmable options. Only licensed electricians! Already got a few quotes just want to see others.

I have three down lights that I want to have smart plugs put in, between them and the power point. It can definitely be done from the roof, or maybe from the attic. No electrical wiring, just unplug->plug->plug. Bring your own ladder, I do not have one tall enough.
