I need to get downlights installed in the kitchen and lounge room. It is preferable a licensed electrician to perform the work. We also need to change other pendant and ceiling lights in other room. If the work is good then happy to delegate that task too.

There are 5 existing ceiling lamp points that will potentially need to be removed (but not necessary). Please see the pictures for more info.
