2 downlights are not working, I need someone to replace them

I need extra downlights points in the entire house.Battens available in every room. It's a double story house. I have purchased downlights and will plug them myself.

One downlight is not working and one doesn’t even have a light in it. Also this globe is broken. There is another hanging globe next to it and need both replaced to match. Also the outside light is cracked.

One of our downlights has stopped working. Looking for an electrician to replace it. We already have the replacement down light and plug purchased and ready, as pictured.
