QUOTE REQUESTED: need to have downlight installed and exra light for island and put outdoor lights

Need to fix the down light, even changed the LED light bulb doesn't work. Something wrong with the adaptor/connector.

Looking for an electrician to install 14-16 down lights in the lounge and kitchen/dining area and a dining light over the kitchen bench. There are 5 existing ceiling lamp points that will potentially need to be removed (but not necessary). Please see the pictures for more info.
