Find an experienced dog sitter in QLD

Looking for someone who is able to come and feed/check on our boy while we are away for one night. Welcome to come past or stay for the night as the home will be empty until Monday lunch time.

Hi there puppy lovers…..just putting the feelers out there for now & see what kind of response/interest I receive. I’m currently work part-time (usually 1pm-6pm) Weekdays & need someone to hangout with my (nearly) 9yr old Maltese called Henry. He is the most friendliest, playful, intelligent & loving fur friend you’ll ever come across. I will need to drop him off at your place - all I’m asking is for Henry to hang out with you, that he’ll be in a safe environment , treated kindly & given the occasional belly rub. I’m not looking for a dog walker, or a dog sitter as such. I will supply treats, water bowls & anything else Henry might need while hanging out at your place. Anyone who has ever had the opportunity to mind Henry have all said; “he’s been no trouble at all / he’s such a well behaved puppy / he sat on my lap for cuddles while I watched tv / he’s welcome back anytime”. I’m happy to pay a reasonable small daily fee but was hoping I could find someone who would happy to help me out of the goodness of their hearts.

For my job I need to sometimes do regional trips up to Harvey Bay or down to Ballina in the past. I have had a dog sitter for when I need to leave for work however I don’t anymore. I’m looking for someone that lives close enough to either have him at your place or come to mine Wednesday afternoon and play with him for a few hours feed him and go and the same with Thursday he is a very lovable dog and want to be around people and cuddles all the time. He doesn’t bark. He doesn’t bite. He’s very quiet and I’m sure if you want to do the job you’ll see what I mean. My Groomer said that we struck goal with this little boy. His name is muffin he’s some photos also he is an inside dog. He only goes out side to do number two and he’ll sit at the door and wait for you to open it. He does wheeze on his green grass mat we have inside. It doesn’t mean he can’t go outside just that he’s more of an inside dog because if a snake came up to him he probably made friends with the snake but he does love his walks and unfortunately I’ve had an accident and haven’t been able to walk for over a month so he misses it and getting fat.

Hi there We need an experienced dog/house sitter to look after our 3yo amstaff/cattle dog while we go are away. You will need to stay the night at our house for 3 nights (Thurs 16/Fri 17/Sat 18) and feed and play with our pooch. Requires someone experienced with active dogs. He's lovely, but very crafty and very used to getting what he wants - he'll have you wrapped around his little finger (toe?) if you're not on your... toes. We will make sure there is food here for you to eat and we're walking distance from the bus stop and the local shop if you need anything. I will supply his food and his bed. I have a very intelligent two year-old Moodle named muffin. He is my pride and joy and everyone that meets him says they can’t believe how calm and quiet he is. He has never bitten never chewed any of my furniture or clothes. He will bark if a stranger comes to the door but he stops him in the tell him to if the kids want to play rough with him he will play rough but he will never bite them. He’ll just chew on their fingers and that’s it. He’s got a very smart way of learning this dog and no joke. Everyone says I’ve never met a dog like him .He’s just loves being cuddled and as long as he has company he’s happy unfortunately me and my ex broke up and so I didn’t found a job that requires me to go away every quarter for at least two nights. I had a friend looking after him but unfortunately she can’t any more. My ex can’t look after him due to him having much larger big yard dogs at their house it might be random but it might be a Monday night and Tuesday night and then the following month it might be a Tuesday and Wednesday. I guess I’m looking for somebody who would like to make a bit of money, just cuddle and look after my baby for the night and the day he’s not an outside dog. He’s out for weeand poos and he stays inside all day he has a wee mat so he knows to go on that if the back door is not open I just want someone that’s honest genuine and will treat him like he was there. If you can take him for a walk, if you can’t lots of cuddles, that’s all he wants.

I require a dog sitter for Jack (my 2 year old Sheepadoodle) he is well trained & quiet. I would be looking at an ongoing arrangement whilst I am at golf twice a week for 6 hours.

I'm looking for someone to care for my elderly dog when I go away for work it will need to start with walks as much as possible like 3 to 4 times a week so he can get used to you and then I'm looking for someone who can ideally stay at my place with him when I travel for work at least once a month sometimes twice. this role is suitable for female only.. He is social but he can't keep up unfortunately he is old. He's 15 so it's sort of less walking and more just you driving him to the dog park so he can sit around and socialise with other dogs. He doesn't have a lot of energy and I'm just trying to make the remaining of his time as pleasant as possible must be okay with giving medication (doesn't need to be forced he's very good ) and you should be aware he does have several health issues. He's fine most of the time but they can arise without any warning so someone that has experience looking after older dogs would be a bonus but again it's not essential. I just want someone who's gonna be compassionate and patient with him. i'm offering 50 a day for when I'm away in 25 per walk which would be maybe half an hour 40 minutes each just so he can get used to you before I leave him with you. The pay I'm offering is 25 a walk or 50 per day when I'm away

Hi all, I am in need of some to mind my dog during the days I am at work. His name is bear, he is roughly 1.5 years old, staffy x sharpei, very lovable dog once he gets comfortable. The problem I have is he is super anxious I’ve tried all sorts of treats, he just won’t eat them or take them and frets whenever we leave. This would suit someone who is home all day and can be with him all day otherwise he just cries and carries on. I can’t afford a pet hotel or one of the big dog sitters they cost almost as much as a rental per week. I’m offering $30 per day, plus I can cover fuel expenses if pick up or drop off are required. Plus he’ll come with whatever is needed for the day.

Okay so my dog is my best friend and is my everything and his a registered service dog his inside dog at night his well trained easy going good with cats and just wants to play his my everything but I'm looking at going to jail and have sentencing soon and could be doing a while but I am wanting to have him back when I'm realeased his American Johnson X Bull Arab x red cattle dog has lovely nature and has had pretty horrific hard life as I've had him since he was 4 weeks old I had a neighbour throw him in the air and it broke his front n back legs at 5 weeks old I nursed him and cared for him through this traumatic experience he had and the guy was reported to RSPCA also my sister's dog got into a fight with him I rushed him to emergency cost me $1800 for blood transfusion so his had horrific traumatic past and his very attached to me and is absolutely gorgeous and good loving nature his easy trained and happy playful dog his not desexed but I would be lost without him and I'm looking for someone to look after him until I get out of jail and then hopefully I can have him back his my everything my pride n joy and best friend registered service dog with certificate and identification would anyone be interested in having him until I get out of jail at all all I ask in return is to keep me updated with photos and to let me know how his going also he is covered for any vet visits or Emergency I have a account with fiveways vetinary animal hospital at gracevill
