I run a small interior design studio and I'm already proficient in AutoCAD — I'm after help refreshing and improving my studio's CAD systems, not beginner training. I'm looking for someone experienced in architecture/interior design practice to run 2–3 short working sessions, working directly on my own files, covering: Setting up an A3 sheet file template with a titleblock A refresher on setting up sheet files correctly Batch plotting to PDF for consistency and efficiency Setting up studio-standard text styles and lineweights for consistent, accurate printing Revisiting correct drawing scales across working files and sheet files I use AutoCAD LT (2027) on a Mac laptop, producing 2D drawings — plans, elevations, sections. Ideally you'd have solid experience with real studio drafting workflows and standards (not just general AutoCAD teaching) — architecture or interior design background preferred. Face-to-face at my studio in Paddington is preferred; open to remote/screen-share if that suits better. Looking to book in from late July onwards. I'm in need of help to produce a 3D model for 3D printing. I've played around with a couple of design tools and I'm not getting what I need, even though it's something fairly simple. I've successfully designed what I call the 'Flip Clip' which was designed moving up and down a PVC pipe to support another PVC pipe. The concept is that when it's rested the node fits into the hole and stops it sliding down. When you want to move it up or down a height you tilt the clip and move up to the next hole. It will have a node that fits into holes drilled into the PVC pipe but the node will be tapered so it finds the hole easier. It'll have a 'cup' to support the other PVC pipe. I've modelled it in Polymer Clay and it's ugly but at least conveys what I'm trying to achieve. I have a video of this in operation. I need all files in an .stl format and in a format of your choosing that will work in Blender (should I need to make future edits). I'll need a version that works with two sizes of PVC pipe.
