Airtasker is expected to have the correct tools to complete the job. This includes: angle grinder (5in or bigger); diamond blade; jackhammer for floor tiles with wide/flat chisel head; villaboard / gyprock cutter/saw; ladder. 5. Works are inside a house. The Airtasker must sealed up the bathroom to ensure dust does not travel throughout the house during demo works. 6. The Airtasker must protect the walkway from bathroom to skip bin with drop sheets or similar so that dust footprints do not travel throughout the house during the works. 7. The works should be completed in 1 day (preferably), 2 days max. 8. A skip bin is provided. 9. Care must be taken in & around the plumbing & electrical connections

Remove a low brick wall that runs up side of a driveway starting at 59cm high to 9cm high at end. Just down to concrete slab level underneath, removal of bricks, buxus shrubs and garden dirt as well. Need to work around sewer/gas metre services at one end, leaving them where they are.

Apologies as I have posted a similar task before, but the scope of the job has changed. We have 2 structures in our backyard that we would like demolished and removed. One structure has small concrete footings but no slab. I am unsure if there is asbestos but unlikely. We would like the job done on 29/30 Sep but can also be flexible. There is access to the property via the back gate (approx width 4m), approx 30m from the road. Offered price should be all inclusive including all fees.
