I am planning to purchase a new lounge. I need the lounge to be delivered to my place and removal of my old lounge. My living room is in level 1 and due to the size of the lounge its difficult to move through the stairs. Hence the lounge will need to moved through the balcony door that is in level 1 height from the road. The truck delivering the lounge will need to have some sort of hydraulic lift so it can move furniture through the balcony window. Hi there. We are moving house and need someone with a trailer or Ute to help clean up the last remaining stuff around the house yard and move it to our new place in St Lucia. Estimate there a good Ute full of stuff(and can also load our car). All fairly light weight pots and plants and tools etc. Probably about an hour to load and another hour to unload with 30mins travel time (ie 2.5hrs total) Ideally sometime 10-12 Monday 13th or 8-11 Tuesday 14th.

Pick up a two electronic recliners (the two seats are seperable) from Kelvin Grove and a 1.6 m long timber dinner table from Mitchelton and drop them at Kenmore. There is no stairs at both pick up points but the drop off place is a two storey house, if the recliner can pass the stairs they need to be carried up to the first floor. The table can be just left in the garage at ground floor. And also the drive is a bit sloppy truck may not be able to go up there. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 19 November 2023
