A second person lifts with you. Pickup: fridge, washer, dryer, couch and TV are ground floor straight out through the garage. A king bed (frame comes apart, plus mattress), a single mattress, two cube shelves and a desk come down one straight staircase. Delivery: fridge, washer, dryer and desk are ground floor. Couch, TV, king bed, single mattress and one cube shelf go up a winder staircase. All disconnected and dismantled before you arrive. Boxes are already gone. Plus small stuff on the ground floor: bar fridge, light rowing machine, an outdoor table and four chairs, a few pots, ladder, golf bags. Quote your hourly rate. Task price is my estimate of 4 hours. If it runs over, I'll increase it, you won't be out of pocket. Bring your own straps. Two trolleys here, one is a stair climber.
