Scope: - Lunch and dinner only, for two adults — approx. 20 meals/week - We're happy to eat the same meal for 2-3 days at a time, so batching/repeating dishes is fine - Occasionally (every 3-4 weeks) we'd also like the freezer filled with extra heatable meals What we provide: We do the grocery shopping ourselves, sourcing the specific produce and quality (organic, grass-fed, etc.) we want. You won't need to shop or budget for ingredients. Process: We'd like an initial meeting to discuss our preferences and dietary needs, then a weekly session where you plan and cook based on what we've bought. Unique proposal here. I am willing to pay somebody to come in 3 times a week to cook and meal prep for me. The meals would be kept simple, like steak and veggies, or chicken and rice, would be the only dishes id require meal prep for. The ingredients I would pay for, and I have the plastic containers. All that would need to be done is cook with the ingredients given, which would only take 20-30 minutes max. Ideally meal prep done for the next 2 days, so 4-5 containers prepared per visit. I am willing to pay $50 per visit, which comes out to $150/per week for 3 separate days during the week, spending only 20 minutes or so at my house. Cooking utensils and seasonings are also provided, just need somebody who can cook because I work too much to cook haha!

The work would mainly include basic tidying of the house, vacuuming floors and carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning the shower. After meal prepping, I may also need help with washing dishes.
