I’d like approximately 5 individual meal portions per week, such as: Chicken curry Chicken tikka/grilled chicken Fish curry or grilled fish Other South Indian-style chicken or fish dishes I prefer simple, healthy home-style cooking with less oil, mild masala/spices, and no heavy cream or butter.

I want a home cook to come and cook and meal prep for a week

We need someone that is able to come and pick up groceries and follow recipes making meals for a cancer patient and returning the meals. Must be very specific with following the ingredient list. Nothing to tricky but must be made exactly to recipe. Could come pick up ingredients early morning and prep then return during the day. Would be great for a mum looking for work while kids are at school. I day required. Looking at approx 10 meals/week (lunch and dinner) for 1 person so not large quantities. We would pay a set amount for the week/meals of around $150. All containers, ingredients etc would be provided so no out of pocket expenses.
