Looking for someone reliable and experienced with meal prep/batch cooking to come to my home in Vaucluse once per month and prepare approximately 48 meals. All ingredients, recipes, quantities, cooking equipment and kitchen facilities will be provided. There is no shopping or meal planning required — the role is simply to prepare and portion the meals according to the provided instructions. Each monthly session involves: 24 × chicken meals, each containing: * 250 g grilled chicken breast * 1 whole sweet potato (cubed and baked in oven) * ¼ white onion * ⅙ red capsicum * Handful of spinach * 10 g walnuts 24 × dinner meals, each containing: * 450 g protein — 6 salmon, 6 barramundi, 6 kangaroo and 6 turkey breast * ½ cup cooked French lentils * ½ cup cooked tri-colour quinoa * 1½ cups mixed peas, corn and carrots * 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil after cooking Everything will need to be cooked, portioned into individual meals and the kitchen cleaned afterwards. The cooking itself takes approximately 5–6 hours once familiar with the process, but I would allow around 7 hours for the first session, particularly while learning the workflow. I’m looking for someone who is reliable and interested in ongoing work approximately once per month Ideally looking for someone who can start this week. We need someone that is able to come and pick up groceries and follow recipes making meals for a cancer patient and returning the meals. Must be very specific with following the ingredient list. Nothing to tricky but must be made exactly to recipe. Could come pick up ingredients early morning and prep then return during the day. Would be great for a mum looking for work while kids are at school. I day required. Looking at approx 10 meals/week (lunch and dinner) for 1 person so not large quantities. We would pay a set amount for the week/meals of around $150. All containers, ingredients etc would be provided so no out of pocket expenses.
