Description: Looking for an experienced home cook or private chef to prepare and pack a full week’s worth of meals for a family of 4 in one day. ​Task Overview: ​Schedule: 1-day task, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours). ​Output: Cook and package 7 days of lunch and dinner for 4 people (56 individual portioned meals total, or portioned family-style containers). ​Cuisine: Primarily Persian dishes (rice dishes, stews, khoresh), but open to other international cuisines. Ability to cook other nationalities' dishes is a major plus! ​Packaging: All cooked food must be neatly portioned, packed into containers, labeled, and placed in our fridge/freezer. ​Cleanup: Full kitchen cleanup required before leaving (dishes washed, counters wiped, stove cleaned). ​Requirements: ​Proven experience in batch cooking or home catering. ​Strong knowledge of food safety and safe storage. ​High standards of kitchen hygiene. ​How to Apply: Please submit your total flat-rate offer for the full day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
