I live in a multi-story townhouse (NBN Box and Modem in garage on ground floor) and have had issues with my WiFi (dropping out all the time/weak signal). I have nbn™ Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) and my service provider (TPG) says everything looks fine from their end when I have called to see what is going on. My plan is NBN Broadband Unlimited super fast and usually only one person uses the connection, occasionally two people with usually 4 devices and a maximum of 6 at any time. Im looking for advice on how I can improve my WiFi and am open to purchasing a better modem or WiFi extenders. Experience with both PC (work laptop) and Mac/iPhone/Apple TV would be helpful when troubleshooting. I may need two visits - one to assess and one to help set-up any new equipment purchases. - Due date: Flexible

Trouble shoot my Mac 2011 laptop if it needed a replacement hard drive or the processor is damaged, and if the drive is damaged install a new 7200 rpm 2 TB drive as needed.
