Hi guys I have an iPhone 4s. I've owned it since they were first released. I changed my passcode before I went to bed then couldn't remember it when I woke up the next day. So I got locked out. I've taken it to the Apple Store but they said there's absolutely nothing they can do to break in which I couldn't understand as the make them. I have so many special photos and videos on it that I want to get off but now can't. I'm sure there's a wizard out there who can help me.

When I start up my imac it gives the normal tone but also you can hear clicking like a hard drive is trying to read some times I get the flashing folder with the ? symbol
