Setting up a gaming modem

Hi This is for granny flat internet. Builder has left black & blue internet cable outside of house on sideway, it needs to be connected to NBN box inside house. Left cable outside to NBN box distance is about 1 bedroom size. There is space under the house. Please see attached photos

Ethernet cable repair It looks like when we first moved into this house the Telstra technician made changes to the wiring to make adsl connection work. However I no longer have adsl and I want my Ethernet connection again. Can this be patched up so that the Ethernet connection works again

Urgent urgent help required - Require support for my father to install a purchased Indoor ring camera on this smart phone. The camera has been purchased and I am not currently with my father so I just require someone to arrive at the address and support my father with installing and setting up the ring camera on my father’s phone only. This is a standard ring camera and we don’t need help to install the camera in a wall or ceiling just need someone to help my father install and set up the camera on his phone.
