We have 3 HD 6ft screen panels that run on windows based software. There seems to be an issue in accessing 2 of the units and 1 of the units switches is stuck. We need someone with software experience (we have full manuals) with expertise in fixing panels and switches etc.

My Dell laptop runs very badly, slow and has multiple apps running that look suspicious. I would like everything cleaned off it and it taken back to brand new (scrub the lot) so as to ensure no viruses or trojans etc still exist on it. So id like windows reinstalled and the hard drive etc cleaned out. I dont have a version of Windows but its a farly new Dell lap top that came preinstalled with windows 10
