Hi i need someone to set up a fetch mini for my dad and internet connection.

We need someone on Thursday 11th June. - setting up modem and internet (NBN technician has connected the line) - setting up point of sale printers in new location and ensuring dockets print - setting up telephone (we will have the phone) Happy for you to come and check out the space beforehand to see what you need and how long it’ll take. The job needs to be finished on Thursday 11th June.

We have a Netgear Nighthawk modem that I can not access via wifi???? So the kids iPads & Xbox can't get internet connection. My computer is set up connected to the modem.....I just can't get wifi to work. I've called Telstra and spent a lot of time on the phone, only for them to tell me it's the modem.

Hi I've just brought my dad an internet plan that comes with a modem and sent him a fetch mini with Netflix and Stan installed. can u please go and help him set it up as im in NSW and he's having trouble.

My adsl was just changed to nbn. I have a hikvision and an access control system that need the modem setup for this. Obviously I have a new modem. Has been setup for a static ip. Need this to work again! Imagine you can get the settings from the old modem? But unsure!!

I have recently had an adsl connection set up through Exetel, however even with their new modem and a new home phone, I have no dial tone and no internet. Upon calling their "support" team, and having a line test done, they tell me all is good from their end, must be a problem at my end. And with the threat of $220 of an incorrect call out fee if they send someone only to find there is an operator error (ie I'm a moron) I need to get this sorted myself, as I'm paying for the service already.

I have a Hills Home Hub in my garage. I have received NBN box and Telstra Gen 2 modem ( I haven’t connected yet). I need the Gen2 Modem to be installed in my house in one of the 4 Data ports on g/Floor so that I have a good signal and connectivity throughout the house. Please see my current connection in ADSL. Need some to remove our old modem and setup the new mobile broadband modem. As the LAN. Connection relies on printers some computers & voip phones. You only need to figure out the Ethernet connection the new modem to NETGEAR switch.
