HP Smart Tank 530 All-in-one printer: Need help in checking the printer. Prints few blank pages before it starts printing. At times skips pages. Need to check and test paper detection sensor and encoder strip.

I need a licensed cabler/data technician to extend the NBN connection from the main house to the granny flat. Job Involves: - First: Check the existing cable running from the house garage to the granny flat and test if it can be used for NBN/data (see attached photo, there are existing data point cables inside the granny flat bedroom wardrobe that likely are for NBN/data). - Second: If the existing cable isn’t suitable, run a new data/NBN cable from the main house NBN box in the garage to the granny flat NOTE: this is a newly built property (2026). Drill hole in wall and route blue data cable through so it can be plugged into the NBN box inside the house. Registered electrician or cabler required.
