I use an app”Moneydance” for personal finances data storage and management. I upgraded my IOS to Ventura 13 and subsequently have been unable to retrieve the last 3 years data. Moneydance Support has been unhelpful. Apple Help hasn’t,t been successful. I’d like assistance in searching my MacBook Pro for the data. - Due date: Flexible

I need my old mac book pro (2013) hardrive data to be converted/transferred to an external hardrive. The laptop no longer works or turns on and I need to get my old photos and files back I have my own external hardrive for this transfer. My 2 month old Macbook has died, something inside blew up with smoke coming out and it no longer powers up at all. I've taken it to apple and am organising a replacement as it's well under warranty. They suspect something on the logic board has failed but weren't specific. No surprise Apple won't have a bar of trying to recover some important data I have on the hard drive, so seeking assistance from someone who has experience with this for a reasonable price. A key thing to note, these 2020 models don't have "separate" hard drives, the storage is directly soldered as part of the logic board, so the usual methods applicable to older macs or pc won't work (e.g. taking out the hard drive and putting into external enclosures etc). It also won't power at all so starting up in target disk mode or any other safe modes won't work. If you've had experience extracting data from these macs before or are confident you know how to do it please contact me!

My MAC Book is playing up the keys don’t seem to be working

Need help saving all files to hard drive on Mac or external hard drive and stop auto saving to iCloud.

My 2015 MacBook Air won’t go past the loading screen when turned on. I can get to the recovery mode so HDD is in tact. I need to get data off before I reformat the HDD. I don’t have time capsule. I do have iCloud Drive which was active but can’t be sure my documents etc are there. I know my iCloud photos are digitally stored so it’s only a small amount of data I need withdrawn. Repairing the disc drive did not work. Basically need to confirm my data is on iCloud Drive or remove my files for me so I can restore to factory. Located Keperra any day / time is fine.
