What the job entails is to arrive on site, then call the Network Support team in head office in Melbourne. They will then guide you to connect to the router to allow THEM to connect to it remotely so they can configure it and perform the work They will provide you with step by step instructions on what needs to be done over the phone. So you will need to be able to follow instructions from the network team and be able to understand the terminology. You will not have to figure out the issues yourself, as they will guide you.
