Replace screen for iPhone 11 Pro

Hi I have an iphone4s that I want to get fixed it hasn't turned on for 4-5 years now. The case was smashed and you could see through the smashed parts of the lcd to the inside of iphone. It used to charge but then just turn off as soon as you turned it on. I put tape around it years ago to cover the gaps and block the lights and it used to turn on after charging but now no longer responds at all. Need someone who can fix it without losing any of the data on it. I have tried every restart/reset option available without having to dissemble the iphone and nothing has worked.
