The technician's findings were as follows: No internal conduit is present. Both the ADSL and NBN services are currently connected to the property. You have requested an Opticomm connection instead of NBN. Both entry points were found to be blocked during rodding. No conduit is present in the garage cabinet where the NBN equipment is installed. The PCD and LIA have been pulled and installed. An installer report has been provided outlining the required rectification works. To proceed, your builder or a licensed third-party cabling contractor will need to complete the required works as detailed in the technician's report.”

I recently moved into this rental and I was told internet is ready to go, only needs the providers activation. Only to find out, it needs more than that. Needs a junction box installed as well as the internet. Is there anyone that can help with this? Unfortunately I have to wait 2-3 weeks and as someone who works from home, that is not realistic. Would appreciate some offers/responses on whether this is even a possible Air Tasker Task

Just moved house and need my internet and TV set up.

I need someone with NBN knowledge who can switch the internet connection from one room to the living room of the house.

After an NBN outage, my two TP-Link adapters stopped being paired. One adapter is at the powerpoint near the modem in the lounge, the other is in my external office pod. That one, when it's paired, means I can use it for ethernet internet. I have tried to pair them again a couple of times, following instructions from TP-Link, but it hasn't worked.

I tried to move the modem from room 1 to room 2 and hence opened the data point. Apparently, I messed something up as the Ethernet cable got stuck in the opening and since then the internet is not working. The ISP is useless and I dont have access to the Opticomm box. What i suspect is that I must have clipped the wiring at the data point. Need someone to change the RJ45 clip end where the internal wiring is connected and/or check the internal wiring for any fault. Material will be needed to be provided. I am based in Alamanda estate in Point Cook. Added Pic of the modem. It is a ZTE H268

Internet is slow and coverage not very good. Builder included ethernet points but i cant get the connections to work.
