Find a local Tasker to set up your internet in South Brisbane

We have internet with iinet and 2 children's phones with Optus under mum's account. Would need a person to set up time limits and security in kids phones without affecting the household Internet availability. We are really busy and would ideally need a person that can come here and set the devices. We do not have much time to do a lot ourselves. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible

I require a qualified Communications Technician to trouble shoot problems between the Communications Pit on the footpath into my house. Must be able to provide a written report on what they find and any recommendations. Please note I do not need the NBN or any internet set up. It would be an advantage if you have previous experience with Telstra.

We have a Telstra account and modem in apartment. We cannot get the modem to work, Telstra say it’s our apartment, the electrician said it’s a Telstra issue. Is anyone employed or experienced with Telstra who could have a look?

I have purchased an ASUS DSL-AC68U internet modem to replace the default one that has come with my NBN plan as the coverage was not very great around my house. However after multiple searches online and videos I'm struggling to get it to work. I can get it working to a point where everyone can connect to the network and have fast internet access (loading videos etc), however the download speed on my computer is next to literally nothing despite the speed of the internet to be fine? I need help setting it up to a point where everybody can connect and it will work with download speeds similar to the default router. Probably need to change some modem settings and play around with it. I'm with the Vodafone NBN network.

My pc is not wireless and I have been having trouble connecting it the the internet modem If anyone could come to my house and do it for me or make it so my pc is wireless that would be greatly appreciated.
