We have FTTN with copper cable. We're with Telstra on the fastest internet plan. Telstra have said they can't guarantee speed. We use a Telstra NBN modem. We have 5G in the area. I am looking for support and guidance about how to maximise and stabilise speed. Some days Ping 10 Downloads 2.9 (Telstra Test) 6.34 Ping and 2.94 (Speed Test.Net) - I work from home and use Zoom for International meetings, the line is often unstable and I end up using FaceTime. At night we can have 2 devices streaming movies and one gaming - need to make room for another 2 devices if necessary. Is there a way to improve this? Happy to purchase new router or nest. I have done some research but now need help to know which way to go and what to buy. - Due date: Flexible
