Hello, Looking for an IT guru that could give me a walk through to create inform signatures for about 20 people some who have a Mac and others a PC at the moment I’m ok with the PC as I just convert the signature as a pic but having hard times getting the signatures to display well on mobile devices I’m having no success with Mac So I would love for someone to teach me the simplest methods to have the signatures display correctly across all devices and set up on macs Happy to do this over zoom or phone call

We are a large company who have recently purchased a domain and transitioned from a hotmail account. We have set up an automatic system to ensure any emails addressed to our hotmail account are automatically forwarded to our new email address. We notice at times that some emails are not forwarded and therefore can be easily missed/unread.
