It's an old federation house, built in 1901, so it has some service pipes on the wall which we have to go up into the roof to bypass. Scope: * Install a single run of conduit from low level on the side wall, up to the eaves/roof (about 5 m above the footpath), into the roof space. * Route the conduit so it does not run over the top of other services (water, gas, electricity), with at least 100 mm bend radius suitable for fibre * Run conduit/pathway in the roof space parallel to the side wall, then drop down inside to an internal filing room (map and photos provided). * Conduit and path must comply with NBN criteria for an optical fibre cable path so the NBN installer can use it without issues. Details: * Side wall access from footpath, single‑storey house. The roof, I estimated, is about 5 m above the path. * Tin roof; sheets can be lifted as needed (they were lifted recently by air‑conditioning contractors). * You supply conduit, draw string, and bring the appropriate ladder and tools.
