This is NOT a general data entry job. We are moving from FastTrack360 to JobAdder and need someone who understands how recruitment databases are structured. Scope includes: Preparing and cleaning exported data Mapping candidate, client, and contact records correctly Using JobAdder import templates Avoiding duplicates and maintaining data integrity Advising on best way to structure the import (not just uploading data) Important: Please only apply if you have experience with: Recruitment CRMs / ATS systems (e.g. JobAdder, Bullhorn, Vincere or similar) Data migration between systems To be considered, you must answer this: What recruitment CRM/ATS systems have you worked with? Briefly explain how you would approach mapping candidate, client, and job data into JobAdder Generic data entry or Excel experience alone is NOT suitable for this role. ** If you are unable to do this but capable enough to advise someone from Upwork what is required then that would be an option ie be my project manager overseeing the IT [person based overseas as I am not 100% tech savy. Part 2- I bought a business thats 25 years old. They currently use microsoft remote desktop and and IT company to store all the data and use as their server provider. This is lots of crucial IP , company folders , candidate profiles etc So this is not a job for beginners. I need someone to save all of this onto a hard drive for me as I am looking to quit using the IT company. But I need all this critically important information. This needs to be done in person in our Buderim office.

I’ve contacted nbn about getting internet in my unit, they’ve said I need to get the internal wiring moved/run from port 2 into my upstairs unit. They’ve stated that they won’t send out a technician to do this and I need to contact a third party nbn certified electrician to do this for me
