Wacom Cintiq 22 (year 2020) set up with Windows 11. Must be very savvy with IT. I Have problems with the mouse with lagging, not tracking, freezing etc. Bought 4 new mice this year to be exact. Computer built by PLE Osborne Park it's been in for the past week to fix the problem, took it back as the problem wasn't fixed. Works fine in their shop but not here in my house.

I currently use Thunderbird email and recently updated it. Since then it has been painfully slow to navigate. I think I need to revamp my email system. I have also lost my Word application and can't renew it because my system is apparently insufficient.
