My laptop has recently become very slow. The fan is constantly loud, it heats up quickly, and the battery health has become very poor. I don’t use the laptop very often, so I’m not sure what caused the issue. I’m looking for an experienced IT technician to: Diagnose why the laptop is running slow Check for any software issues, viruses, or background processes affecting performance Clean the system if needed (including internal fan/dust if required) Assess the battery health and advise if it needs replacement Upgrade the RAM or any other hardware if it will improve performance and speed My goal is to make the laptop faster, quieter, and more reliable for general use.

Hi, I installed fibre to my house and have upgraded my home Internet to NBN750. I get over 700 speed in the study where the modem is kept. However, I’m not getting nowhere near this high in the ground and first floor. As my house is double brick and a concrete first floor, internet struggles. I have some common wifi extenders, but these aren’t boosting it much. According I got the “TP Link AXE5400 Triband Mesh Wifi 6E system”. However, I’m not good at setting this up. My modem is slightly complicated with numerous home cameras cables that go into it. My camera works fine and I can view live on my phone. However for some reason the rewind function is not working, even though it was working fine before. If we can look at this at the same time please. So I need someone to setup the Wifi system and check on camera rewind function. Thanks Eric

MAC 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, 27 inch 2019 mac takes a lot of time to upload when turn on. Also chatgpt is so slow to load and some softwares when turned on is slow to load up.
