We're looking for kitchen equipment cleaning in Melbourne CBD - no floors or walls or curtains or furniture. We are about to lease a small café with a kitchen in back and we have about 10 pieces of equipment - a grill, an ice machine, a stove, a dishwasher, some refrigerators - that need cleaning. One day with the right tools and supplies. UPDATE: I have added photos of the specific equipment that requires cleaning. In most cases the cleaning is light: the equipment was barely used prior to COVID and was well maintained. The canopy is not at all greasy. The biggest effort will be for the inside of the icemaker, on the grill/stove, and under/inside the refrigerator and dishwater control compartments.
