Find a local Tasker to help you with clearance in NSW

We've just moved into our new office and have a whole bunch of boxes / packaging that needs to be removed and (presumably) taken to the tip. We'll endeavour to flatten the boxes but need them removed as the building has no cardboard/paper/recycling skip.

We have recently relocated to South Australia and, when we left Warren, we stored a number of our belongings in a locked bedroom at our house. We are now in the process of selling the property and need to sort through everything that was left behind. I'm looking for someone to be on a video call with me while going through the contents of the room so I can see what is there and decide what needs to be kept, retrieved, donated, or disposed of. The room contains a mix of items including personal belongings, furniture, clothing, household items, and more. As it's been a couple of years since I was last there, I don't have a clear recollection of exactly what was left behind. I'm looking for someone who is trustworthy, organised, patient, and efficient to help work through the task with me. The date is flexible. The house is located in Warren, NSW, 2824 (the ad wouldn't let me select the correct location, so the map may be slightly off). I have renters in the house, but this room has a seperate entrance which can be accessed from outside. Timing would need to be run past them before confirming the day/time. There is quite a bit to go through, so I expect it may take one or two days to complete - I think the room is roughly 2.5x5m in size. Please send through your availability and rates when applying. Preference will be given to people who can share some reviews or references, as I'd really like to find someone reliable and trustworthy for this task. Final budget given is considering $30 per hour, estimating it wouldnt take longer than 8 hours to complete. Would need to be done on video call during school hours. New fridge was delivered but delivery man could not get the fridge on the dolly in the small space between the bottom of the stairs and the wall. Fridge is now in the basement garage, so will need to be moved up the ramp to the ground floor, and then carried up the stairs to the first floor.
