I need a professional end-of-lease clean for a high-rise apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The scope includes a full vacuum and mop of all applicable areas, wiping skirting boards, doors, handles, light switches and power points, and removing all rubbish from the property. Professional steam cleaning of all carpets must be included in the price. The kitchen must be thoroughly cleaned, including the oven interior with racks and trays, degreasing the cooktop and rangehood (filters included), cleaning benchtops and splashback, and wiping all cupboards and drawers inside and out. Both bathrooms and the separate WC must be fully sanitised, with toilets cleaned inside and out, shower screens completely descaled with no soap residue, tiles and grout cleaned with mould removed, and vanities, mirrors and floors cleaned. Internal windows and window tracks must be cleaned, the balcony swept and mopped, and the laundry trough, cupboards and floor cleaned. This job must meet end-of-lease / bond return standards, include carpet steam cleaning, and come with a bond-back or re-clean guarantee. The tasker must have end-of-lease cleaning experience and provide all equipment and cleaning products.
